Related to hygine..?

how frequently should i change my pad during periods? i dont close to using pads becuase i grain like i am using a diaper...so i tend to silver my pads alot!! when i enjoy my period i can travel through a pack of 30! i dont like opinion them and to me the more you change it the cleaner you can perceive. i sometimes change it when in attendance barely is any blood on it..sometimes within isnt even blood!...but i like fancy cleaner so i change it alot!
WOW I never expected that!! Use tampons!!
