Scratches on my vagina?

the other day my boyfriend scratched me while fingering me
the key pain and itchyness is coming from the glan, above the glan and close the entrance.
ive tried ice to numb it but that singular hurts more
ive tried scratching it within the shower but that hurts
the scratches kinda in a minute look like white stretch grades
ive tried sex after that and its way to itchy so my boyfriend suggested we stop all deeds until im better
