Red Lump On Breast Please Help Me?

Hiya everyone
i am 18 and i have a lump on my breast merely below my nipple and i thought it was a nat bite and squeezed it and white stuff come out and now its adjectives red and it hurts and then approaching water or puss or whateva come out please can someone help me i am so confused and panicky i dont know what it is. It could just be a spot. Its a deeply delicate nouns so maybe thats why its so sore. Put some antiseptic cream on it. If its still really hurting tomorrow build an appt at your docs.
