Serious Question for Gynecologists and/or Md's. of the rear-end ( I don't know their exact title).?

What could be causing me to enjoy painful BMs? These tight BMs only ensue during my period. And no here has not be any blood in my stool. Since your tender stools only transpire during your period, it make me think it's hormone-related. It could be endometriosis irritating your colon. It could also be your body's response to the prostaglandins made by your uterus to stimulate contractions (which also effect gut motility, leading to loose stools and diarrhea). See your doctor to find out for sure.
