Hi. I have a condition concern and figured that I cannot be the simply woman in America near this problem, so here goes! I am 38, mother of 4 and surrounded by reasonably devout health, altho I could exercise more. Last hours of darkness, and about 2 or 3 times contained by the last 2 years, I am awakened out of a nouns sleep by my heart beating remarkably rapidly - race - and pounding very rock-hard. It is not an anxiety attack -I have them so I know this isn't matching. I don't feel giddy or sick, my heart just race. It will last just about 30 to 45 sec I have an app beside my doc today just considered necessary to know if anyone has this ensue? I have that develop a few times a month. I went to my doctor and I have an echo cardiogram and the doctor told me it be heart palpitations brought on by stress. Sometimes my heart is pounding so hard and loud that I have an idea that it will wake my husband up. I would move about to the doctor and have it checked out but it could be lately from stress so try not to worry more or less it too much because that could make it worse.

I've never have this but based on what I've read and others I've talk to in similar situations this sounds similar to it could be a thyroid problem (giving an example only).
