Questions in the region of gestational diabetes?

I am 29 weeks pregnant with my second child and in recent times took my one hour glucose test. My numbers be reported as "high", so I have to rota the three hour test for subsequent week. Can anyone tell me: if I start drinking really healthy right very soon, if that will decrease my probability of scoring high on the second theory test? Or is it the case that I any have gestational diabetes or I don't? Any other details would be great. Thanks for your abet! I'm not sure, but I would eat several small meal instead of larger meals. Stay away from sugar, but don't use the forged stuff, they really don't know if it causes birth defect or not. Eat mostly protein and milk products. That's the best I can do. Ask your doctor for a diet.
