Question something like cyle length?

If I start my period on Jan 1 (day 1), next I have my subsequent period on Jan. 28 (day 28, also daytime 1 of next period), does that kind my cycle length 27 days or 28 days? I'm confusing myself! 27 Days.
Jan 1 = Day 1 = first day of "full flow"
Jan 27 = Day 27 = second day of cycle
Jan 28 = Day 1 = first light of day of "full flow"
Therefore your cycle would have be 27 days. This is normal.
Key is year one is always counted as first light of day of full flow (heaviest day), not spotting leading up to it. You do NOT count soon twice. day 1 of a cycle is NOT the finishing day of your previous cycle.

Everyone is different not all period are 28 days. It goes from the first light of day of your period to the first light of day of your next interval...which in your casing is 28 days. But if this is your first couple cycles it may take rather while to get on a set template and some women aren't that lucky. I hope this helps.
