Question on tampon insertion?

my friend has have her period for roughly 2 years, she's 13, and a virgin. she says she follows the instructions on the tampon box but can never get hold of it in because its stinging. she's getting really fusterated, and starting to cry. I dont know wht advice to donate her or how to help her since when i started using them, i have no troubles..why cant she get them surrounded by? Some people are a moment ago really small, and won't get any bigger until they are a few years elder. Also, she might not have the right size of tampons. The best ones to use for beginners are Tampax Pearl Lites. Tampons next to plastic applicators are easier to use than ones with cardboard applicators. If she is still have trouble, then she could put some personal lubrication (K-Y jelly) of the ruin of the applicator, and that should help. Good luck! ;P
